The Hundred

Also the number of times you will explain how The Hundred works.
Pilates instructor · Professional nodder
Viki can hold a plank for four minutes and a thought for about four seconds. Welcome to the only studio where the instructions are repeated more often than the reps.
01 — Meet Viki
Viki discovered Pilates years ago and fell in love instantly. She discovered what Pilates actually is roughly eighteen months later, after it was explained to her for the hundredth time by a very patient reformer machine.
Today she is a devoted practitioner with flawless posture, a radiant laugh and a signature move: the slow, confident nod — performed at the exact moment she has understood nothing at all.
02 — The Viki Method
A classic Pilates warm-up: pump your arms one hundred times while you breathe.
Also the number of times you will explain how The Hundred works.
Peel your spine off the mat, one vertebra at a time, with total control.
Viki's version: roll up, pause, ask "sorry, from the start?", roll back down.
A balance on the sit bones that builds deep core strength and mental focus.
Named after what it does to anyone explaining it to Viki.
03 — Interactive
Pick a topic. Explain it to Viki. Then do that again. And again. Science says it takes about a hundred.
